Description

The Unit FC100W2 "Progress" is a well integrated unit of specially designed construction machinery that is able to produce number of cement mixtures right at the construction site and place it into structure. The wide range of cement mixtures include the foam (cellular) concrete with density from 150 kg/m3 up to 1800 kg/m3.

The foam concrete of density 150.0-300.00kg/m3 (ultra light) can be used just as a very efficient insulation material in exterior walls and roofs of the buildings.

Material with density 400-700 kg/m3 can be recommended as a thermo structural application material in any building. The foam concrete with density from 800 kg/m3 up to 1800 kg/m3combines higher structure strange and thermo insulation parameters of any structure in the building. Very wide use of these density foam concrete in low rise monolithic housing or any public*buildings in any region of the world.

Unlike any other machinery on the world market now, Unit FC100W2 "Progress" also able to produce the concrete mixture *(fraction 16-20mm),stucco and others plaster mixtures right at the construction site and perform all works with air pressured nozzle. Depend on building site needs, construction company can perform a number of concrete works on one project by using only one Universal Unit FC100W2 Progress.

The high production performance up to 15 m3/phr with reliability of the machine , allowed to speed up construction process and reduce project cost as a result. One Unit FC100W2 able to supply light concrete for up to 4 low rise housing at the same time in a large scale projects.
